At Finaghy Primary School we regard the wearing of school uniform as very important to help children to gain a sense of identity with the school and to encourage them to take pride in their appearance.

Children from P3 to P7 will be required to bring a PE kit for physical activities, comprising shorts / skirt, t-shirt or polo-shirt and plimsoles/ trainers. (No regulation colour.) P1 and P2 pupils require plimsoles only. For children who are too young to tie laces we recommend ‘slip-ons’ or velcro fastenings.

Please ensure that the owner’s name is clearly marked on every item!!

Please Note

It is not acceptable for pupils to wear training shoes with their uniform.

Jewellery, Ear-rings, Ear-studs:
The wearing of jewellery, ear-rings and ear-studs, or any other forms of body piercing, is not permitted in school for either boys or girls.
